COMING UP AT PEER

A FREE girls only ‘Try A Trade’ event at PEER on Friday the 10th of September 8.30 til 4pm.

This is a great chance for girls to learn new skills such as the safe use of hand tools and equipment. They will have the opportunity to learn some of the building/construction trades here at PEER, in a safe and nurturing environment.

A free lunch is provided and will finish with a small presentation from women in trade, where the girls can ask questions and find out what it is like to be a woman working in a trade profession.

This event is limited to 30 girls, so please register before Friday the 3rd of September to avoid disappointment.
