On Thursday 18 November NECA held its National Apprentice Awards at the Hyatt Hotel in Canberra to recognise some of Australia’s brightest and outstanding Electrical and Data Communication Apprentices.

We are pleased to announce that PEER Electrical Apprentice Jakeb Solley was successful in winning National NECA Apprentice of the Year Award for the Communications category!

Jakeb is an Electrical Apprentice hosted out to Adelaide Health Tech. He shows enthusiasm and passion towards both the Electrical and Communications Industries. It is evident that Jakeb has a successful career ahead of him in Electrotechnology having gained a variety of specialised skills and experience. Jakeb possesses a positive attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to his work.
