PEER VEET’s Aptitude Testing
A series of tests will be conducted to assess an applicant’s ability to maintain the academic and practical standard. Confidentiality will be maintained with results will only be given to the applicant.
As a minimum the tests will cover the following topics:
Electrotechnology (including Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Data Communications & Security Systems Installation:
- English
- Maths
- Mechanical Reasoning
- Electrical Theory
Plumbing and Roof Plumbing applicants are also required to complete the following additional topics:
- General Trade Test
- Progressive Matrices
PEER VEET’s aptitude test is approx 1.5 hours in length. The aptitude test must be legible and we like to see working out. Minimum requirements are applicable and are dependant on the vocation. Unsuccessful applicants are welcome to re-apply for testing after a nominated period of 3 months. Please contact PEER's Employment Services Division on 8348 1200 for further information.
